Superior Court

The District Attorney’s Office is tasked with the prosecution of criminal cases on behalf of the State of Georgia before the Towaliga Judicial Circuit’s Superior Court Judges. The cases range from murder, armed robbery, kidnapping, trafficking in controlled substances, possession of controlled substances to burglary and theft. The Superior Court team also presents cases to the Grand Jury and reviews criminal record expungement requests submitted from law enforcement agencies for approval or denial.

Applications for expungement must be obtained from the arresting agency.
