In our fourth trial this month, Assistant District Attorneys Dorothy Hull and Leslie Tilson worked hard with Forsyth Police Officers Kimberly Barnett and Richard Maddox to secure a guilty verdict in their Aggravated Assault case. The defendant beat the victim with a golf club at the Forsyth City Golf Course. The victim found himself in the rough with several broken ribs, severe head laceration and a concussion. The defendant found himself in the state penitentiary with a broken five iron.
